Job Description:

As a Customer Success Officer at Zoho Corporation, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. This is a remote work opportunity based in Kolkata, West Bengal, and is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are adaptable, reliable, possess strong negotiation skills, and excel in people management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to help customers maximize the value of our solutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of our products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system

Requirements:
