Job description

This is what you’ll do: –

Install, configure, and maintain Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform in a multi-CAD environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement PLM best practices and processes.

Manage and configure 3DEXPERIENCE roles, users, groups, and security settings.

Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations to ensure the 3DEXPERIENCE platform is up-to-date and secure.

Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for 3DEXPERIENCE-related issues.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, system administration manuals, and best practice guidelines.

Monitor system performance, perform regular system audits, and implement performance improvements.

Collaborate with Dassault Systèmes support and other vendors to resolve complex technical issues.

Stay current with new technologies and industry trends in PLM and 3DEXPERIENCE.

This is what you’ll need: –

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

6-8 years of experience in PLM administration, specifically with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Strong understanding of PLM concepts, processes, and best practices.

In-depth knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE architecture, components, and configuration.

Experience with multi-CAD data management and integration with 3DEXPERIENCE.

Experience implementing and supporting ENOVIA, CATIA, SIMULIA, DELMIA, and other 3DEXPERIENCE applications.

Proficient in scripting languages, such as Java, Python, or VBScript.

Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
