You are responsible for

Identifying processes that can be automated using Robotic Process Automation technology

Evaluating business case for process automation and calculating savings from RPA projects

Elicitation and documentation of business/process requirements for developers and/or IT

Creating test scenarios and coordinating UAT, to ensure that developed solution meet requirements, has been created with highest quality standards and with appropriate error handling

Ensuring smooth project implementation: follow up through RPA bot testing, help with problem root cause identification if any issues occur

Maintaining proper communication with all stakeholders

Ensuring that proper project documentation has been created and all sign-offs obtained

Your profile:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or IT or similar degree with exposure to Process understanding and/or automation

2-4 years of experience in Business Process Analysis

Process automation knowledge – preferably exposure to UI Path, Automation Anywhere or other Automation platform

Process analytics & understanding

Stakeholder management and strong communication skills

Experience in business processes modelling & process flow documentation

Critical thinking

Project Management skills – exposure to agile / Kanban is an advantage

Proficient English
