We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented YouTube Editor to join our creative team. You’ll be responsible for editing short-form and long-form video content that educates, entertains, and converts our target audience. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, fast turnaround skills, and deep understanding of YouTube content trends in the eCommerce and Amazon space.

Core Responsibilities:

• Edit engaging YouTube videos from raw footage (talking head, screen shares, tutorials, product videos, etc.)
• Add B-roll, captions, transitions, motion graphics, and sound design where necessary
• Maintain consistency in style, branding, and tone across all videos
• Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to align video content with marketing objectives
• Create video thumbnails that drive clicks and reflect the video’s message
• Research YouTube video trends, hooks, titles, and formatting to improve watch time and CTR
• Ensure on-time delivery with clean file structure and organized project files
• Optimize videos for YouTube SEO (tags, titles, descriptions) in coordination with the SEO team
• Implement feedback and iterate quickly on revisions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience editing videos for YouTube (portfolio required)
• Fluent in English with a strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, and visual flow
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Familiarity with eCommerce and Amazon industry is a huge plus
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Understanding of YouTube algorithm basics and audience retention best practices
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and creativity
