About the Role

We are offering an exciting opportunity for candidates from Asia to join us as a Solution Architect with expertise in Java, NodeJS, React, and React Native. Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential!

About the Customer and Project

Our client is a Public Company Limited, a leading Cash & Carry operator in wholesale trade centers for professional business operators in Thailand.

They are currently upgrading their e-commerce products and require additional engineers to develop new functionalities.

Their stores sell food and non-food products across various sections, including:

• Food: fresh fish, wine, fresh meat, butchery, refrigerated aisles
• Non-food: clothing, DIY, office supplies, electricals, computing, seasonal items

Stores also feature a hot-food cafeteria and cash machines.

Technology Stack

Backend: Java 8, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Liquibase, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, AWS, Redis, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, Docker

Additional Technologies: NodeJS (from scratch, replacing current backend), Mockito, JUnit 5.3.2, React Navigation 4.0, styled-components, react-native-elements, lodash, Firebase, react-native-maps, react-bootstrap, google-map-react, react-facebook, react-native-fbsdk, ESLint, Prettier, Jest, Enzyme
