Job Description
  • Installation, configuration, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues related to Microsoft products such as Windows 7/8/10, Outlook, MS Office, and various business applications.
  • Installation, configuration, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues related to peripherals like desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Migration and deployment of desktops and laptops according to company standards.
  • Communicating with overseas customers and resolving their desktop-related issues using remote tools like Skype for Business and WebEx.
  • Supporting desktop maintenance, security updates, virus protection, and patch management.
  • Interacting with technical teams at various levels and addressing technical issues with non-technical staff.
  • Applying logical reasoning and effective time management skills.
  • Managing incidents efficiently and communicating effectively with overseas clients using remote tools.
Qualifications

Degree or professional qualification with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Office 2019/365, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange. Working knowledge of Office 365 administration, service desk ticketing software, and basic MacOS skills.

Additional Information

Experience in security solutions (antivirus, firewall, vulnerability assessment), mobile device management (e.g., InTune), Zoom or Teams, virtual desktop environments (e.g., VMWare View), server virtualization (e.g., VMWare, HyperV), TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, LAN. Location: Goregaon, Mumbai. Work timings: rotational shift – Monday to Friday.
