Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to Tally Users.
2. Command on Tally ERP9 & GST.
3. No targets, only support calls.
4. Day Shift.
5. Manage and execute lead generation activities.
6. Resolve customer’s Tally problems via call or AnyDesk.

Job Specification:

1. B.Com Graduates only.
2. Knowledge in Tally is a must.
3. No work from home.
4. A two-wheeler license is required.
5. Experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
6. No freshers.
7. Office location with customer visits.
8. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
9. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
10. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
11. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
12. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Tally is a must.
