Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP BTP/ABAP Developer to build and modernize applications on SAP Business Technology Platform while integrating with SAP ECC.

You will work with ABAP RAP, CDS views, Fiori, SAP Build Process Automation, and Build Work Zone to deliver scalable solutions. The role requires strong SAP ECC background, RAP expertise, and knowledge of OData/REST with ECC integration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using SAP BTP ABAP Environment and RAP.
• Build RAP business objects, CDS views, behavior definitions, actions, validations, and OData services.
• Design solutions with business rules in the RAP/business layer.
• Develop and support SAP Fiori applications integrated with RAP/OData services.
• Build workflow and approval processes using SAP Build Process Automation.
• Configure and integrate with SAP Build Work Zone / SAP Task Center for access and approvals.
• Support integration between SAP BTP applications and SAP ECC.
• Understand existing ECC ABAP programs, function modules, BAPIs/RFCs, tables, enhancements, and interfaces for modernization.
• Troubleshoot issues across BTP and ECC.
• Participate in solution design and architecture discussions.
• Work with functional teams, SAP developers, integration teams, and enterprise architects.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP / ABAP Developer to build and modernize applications and workflows on SAP Business Technology Platform, while integrating with our existing SAP ECC landscape.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in SAP ECC and traditional ABAP, and strong hands‑on experience with the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) on the SAP BTP ABAP Environment, which is a key requirement for this role. You will also work with SAP Fiori, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Build Apps, and SAP Build Work Zone, and integrate with ECC using OData/REST, Cloud Connector, and destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications and services using SAP BTP ABAP Environment and RAP.
• Build RAP business objects, CDS views, behavior definitions/implementations, actions, validations, and OData services.
• Design solutions where business rules and transactional logic are implemented within the RAP/business layer.
• Develop and support SAP Fiori applications integrated with RAP/OData services.
• Build workflow and approval processes using SAP Build Process Automation.
• Configure and integrate applications with SAP Build Work Zone / SAP Task Center for user access and approval activities.
• Support integration between SAP BTP applications and SAP ECC.
