Job summary

The role involves performing chest and skeletal X-rays, positioning patients, and ensuring diagnostic-quality imaging. You will follow radiation safety protocols, maintain records, and coordinate reporting with radiologists.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with X-ray units and exposure selection, along with strong accuracy in documentation and equipment upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Perform chest and skeletal X-rays at the centre and at corporate health camps.
• Position patients correctly and select exposure factors for diagnostic-quality films.
• Follow radiation safety, lead-apron use and AERB record keeping.
• Keep accurate patient and exposure registers.
• Maintain the X-ray unit, processor and consumables.
• Process, label and upload images; coordinate reporting with the radiologist.
