About Redseer
Redseer Strategy Consultants is a leading strategy consulting firm that guides critical decisions in disruptive markets for brands, investors, and new-age companies.
About the role
You will turn Redseer's proprietary data into the narratives that decision-makers read, forward and act on, and you will be accountable for how those narratives perform. This is high-stakes communication managing role. You will have access to research most business writers never see, a mandate to form a point of view on it, and responsibility for the full journey from insight to inbox to enquiry.
What you will own
- Lead writing on Redseer's flagship newsletters and report-led articles, from first read of the deck to final publish
- Find the argument inside the data: what has changed, why it matters and what a CXO should do about it
- Hold every piece to one standard: a clear position, a hook that earns the open and a takeaway worth repeating in a boardroom
2. Case Studies & Newsletters as a product
- Set the editorial strategy and calendar, and own the numbers: subscriber growth, open rates, click-throughs and replies
- Run experiments on formats, subject lines, cadence and distribution, and keep what works
- Build a readership that compounds, where each edition makes the next one more anticipated
3. The website as a reading experience
- Own content performance across the site, including report landing pages and insight articles
- Partner with design on page structure and storytelling so that dense research becomes easy to navigate
- Improve the path from first read to report download to conversation with a partner
What success looks like in your first year
- Redseer's newsletters are a habit for senior readers, with measurable growth in subscribers and engagement
- Every major report launches with a full content suite, built on a repeatable system
- Website content demonstrably contributes to inbound enquiries
- Partners trust you to represent their research accurately and sharply
What you bring
- 3-6 years in business journalism or B2B thought leadership, with published work you are proud of
- You can write a landing page, an email newsletter, a LinkedIn piece and an opinion article on the same dataset, and calibrate each to its reader
- Industry and data fluency: you are comfortable with market sizing, growth rates and unit economics, and curious about how sectors actually work
- A POV, paired with commercial empathy for the speed and brand needs of a consulting firm
- Experience building a content IP (a newsletter, column or series) and growing its audience
Why this role
- Proprietary data as your raw material, across sectors from quick commerce to financial services
- Direct exposure to partners and their thinking
- Real ownership of outcomes, with room to shape how the function works
- An audience of senior decision-makers from day one
