Job summary

Love Native in Pune is seeking an experienced Apparel Workshop Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring smooth, timely and quality-driven production. The role is based in Hadapsar, Pune, with standard hours 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM and a Sunday weekly off.

You will manage production planning, staff allocation, quality checks, fabric/inventory control and reporting to keep orders on schedule. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, minimize wastage and ensure adherence to approved

Responsibilities

• Production: Plan and monitor daily production as per orders and deadlines.
• Team Management: Allocate work, monitor productivity, attendance and discipline of workshop staff.
• Quality Control: Ensure garments meet approved samples, measurements and finishing standards, minimize defects and rework.
• Fabric & Inventory: Monitor fabric, trims and accessories, maintain accurate stock records and minimize wastage.
• Timelines: Track work-in-progress and ensure orders are completed and dispatched on time.
• Reporting: Maintain basic daily production, stock and quality records.
