Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Workiva platform, including Wdata, Wdesk, and Chains.
• Design, develop, and monitor Workiva Chains for data integration and automation.
• Manage end-to-end data flows from enterprise systems into Workiva (e.g., Snowflake).
• Develop and maintain data integrations between Workiva and enterprise apps.
• Support automated reporting and data delivery for financial and operational reporting.
• Perform Workiva security and access management, including roles and permissions.
• Troubleshoot data or connectivity issues and ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.

Job Summary

Coforge is looking for an experienced Workiva Technical Consultant / Data Integration Specialist to administer, support, and enhance the Workiva platform, including Wdata, Wdesk, Chains, security management, data integrations, and automated reporting processes.

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end data integration workflows between enterprise applications and Workiva, ensuring accurate, secure, reliable, and automated delivery of financial and operational reporting data.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Workiva platform, including Wdata, Wdesk, and Chains.
• Design, develop, maintain, and monitor Workiva Chains for data integration and automation.
• Manage end-to-end data flows from enterprise systems such as Snowflake into Workiva.
• Develop and maintain data integrations between Workiva and various enterprise applications.
• Support automated reporting and data delivery processes for financial and operational reporting.
• Perform Workiva security and access management, including user roles, permissions, and controls.
• Monitor integration workflows and troubleshoot data or connectivity issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, security, and timely delivery across integrated systems.
• Collaborate with business, finance, data, and technology teams to understand reporting and integration requirements.
• Support data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, integration efficiency, and reporting processes.
• Prepare technical documentation for integrations, workflows, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Participate in testing, deployment, production support, and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Workiva platform.
• Experience with Workiva Wdata, Wdesk, and Chains.
• Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
• Experience integrating Snowflake with Workiva or similar enterprise data platforms.
• Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience with API-based integrations and data connectivity.
• Understanding of security, user access, roles, and permissions within Workiva.
• Experience supporting automated reporting and data workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with REST APIs / web services.
• Exposure to enterprise reporting, financial reporting, or regulatory reporting.
• Experience working with large enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of automation and workflow orchestration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of overall IT experience, with relevant experience in Workiva/Data Integration.
