Workforce Planning Specialist

State Street is seeking energetic and data‑savvy individuals to join our Workforce Planning & Insights team as a Workforce Planning Specialist. As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for operations to deliver an efficient and effective position management process. The role will play a critical part in State Street’s workforce planning strategy with a particular focus on:

• Providing accurate data input that supports headcount and demand forecasting and planning decisions.
• Providing position management support for managers and senior leaders.
• Interacting frequently with managers in North America, EMEA and APAC, and other members of a global HR team.

You Will

• Execute key operations and data processing tasks to support position management.
• Maintain accurate position details and data consistency in the position management system.
• Represent the Workforce Planning & Insights team in regular interactions with managers and senior leaders.
• Encourage data‑based decisions and promote an organized position management process.
• Collaborate with global team members to provide timely and seamless responses to client requests.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality with all records and information.
