Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday Testing Consultant to join our team and ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of Workday Core HCM and Recruiting implementations. This consultant will collaborate with functional and technical teams, design and execute test cases, validate integrations, and support defect resolution to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand Core HCM and Recruiting configurations and related business processes.
• Design and execute test cases for employee lifecycle events, job changes, compensation updates, and organizational changes.
• Validate system functionality through functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document test results, track defects, and work with teams to drive resolution.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with business requirements across test cycles.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM and Recruiting processes.
• Solid knowledge of Workday Integrations and end-to-end validation.
• Hands-on experience in test planning, execution, and defect management tools.
• Familiarity with Workday reporting and security configurations.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in large-scale Workday implementations or AMS support preferred.
