Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR Technology or related domains.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience leading enterprise HR/People Technology functions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and digital transformation.
• Experience managing roadmaps, portfolios, and modernization initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Systems, or related domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading enterprise HR/People Technology functions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce technologies, and digital transformation.
• Experience managing HR technology roadmaps, portfolios, and modernization initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to executive leadership.
• Experience managing vendors, strategic partnerships, and technology investments.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, privacy, security, budgeting, and portfolio management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of employee experience and digital workplace technologies.
• Experience leading global HR technology transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with workforce analytics and reporting platforms.
• Experience implementing automation and AI‑enabled HR solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud‑based HR technology ecosystems.
• Experience operating within global shared services environments.
• Relevant HR technology or leadership certifications.
