PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Workday Recruiting Senior Associate to support client needs through Workday human capital consulting, helping clients optimize recruiting processes, implement software solutions, and train for smooth adoption of Workday HCM applications. You will manage workstreams, mentor juniors, and align delivery with project objectives and standards.

• Supporting implementation workstreams for Workday Human Capital solutions, including recruiting process setup, testing, and issue resolution.

As a Workday Recruiting Senior Associate you will support client needs through Workday human capital consulting, helping clients optimize recruiting processes, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for smooth adoption of Workday HCM applications. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, mentor junior team members, and navigate complex situations while developing your personal brand, technical skills, and understanding of the broader business context within our Technology Consulting practice. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze client requirements, interpret data to inform recommendations, and contribute to delivery of work that aligns with project objectives and professional standards.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
• Demonstrating Workday Recruiting configuration and deployment experience
• Applying Workday HCM knowledge across client support workstreams
• Interpreting recruiting data to inform recommendations and actions
• Navigating ambiguity while managing client priorities and deliverables
