Job summary

Hitachi Ltd. is hiring a Workday Recruiting Consultant with 5+ years in recruiting ecosystems, including strategic and hands-on roles.

The role focuses on end-to-end Workday Recruiting implementations, stakeholder and vendor management, and driving design workshops from pre-design through hypercare. The candidate will tailor solutions to client business needs, collaborate with internal teams on complex issues, and coordinate with vendors and integration teams to ensure successful deployment

Qualifications

• Excellent Stakeholder-Vendor Management & Communication Skills with a proven track record.
• Minimum 3-4 End to End Implementation Experience.
• Leading and Managing from Pre Design to Hypercare Phases of the Implementation involving Estimation, Driving Design Workshop, Configuration,Testing,Deployment etc.
• Recruiting Environment Implementation and Optimization :Drive Workday Recruiting ensuring successful implementation and alignment with client business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Workday Recruiting implementations end-to-end from pre-design to hypercare.
• Drive design workshops, configuration, testing and deployment activities.
• Ensure alignment of recruiting capabilities with client business requirements.
• Provide SME support to tailor solutions to client needs and assist internal teams with complex issues.
• Coordinate discussions with internal/external stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with the integration team to design effective integration approaches.
