Job Description

• 5+ years experience in Recruiting Ecosystem both Technical & from a Strategic standpoint.
• Excellent Stakeholder‑Vendor Management & Communication Skills with a proven track record.
• Minimum 3‑4 End to End Implementation Experience.
• Leading and Managing from Pre Design to Hypercare Phases of the Implementation involving Estimation, Driving Design Workshop, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, etc.
• Recruiting Environment Implementation and Optimization: Drive Workday Recruiting ensuring successful implementation and alignment with client business requirements.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise to tailor to clients' business scenarios and needs as well as help Internal team for any critical/complex issues.
• Stakeholder Management: Lead and handle discussions involving Internal, External Stakeholder, 3rd Party Vendors, Legacy Systems.
