Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a Workday Recruiting Consultant with 5+ years of experience in recruiting ecosystems, both technical and strategic. You will lead end-to-end Workday Recruiting implementations, manage stakeholders, and drive optimization aligned to client needs.

• 5+ years experience in Recruiting Ecosystem both Technical & from a Strategic standpoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Workday Recruiting implementations from Pre-Design to Hypercare phases including estimation, design workshops, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Drive Workday Recruiting implementation and optimization ensuring alignment with client business requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise to tailor solutions to clients' business scenarios and assist internal teams with complex issues.
• Lead discussions with internal/external stakeholders and 3rd party vendors, including legacy systems integration.
• Collaborate with the integration team to brainstorm and implement effective integration approaches.
