Job summary

Strada Global is hiring a Payroll Analyst to deliver daily payroll services for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. The role involves resolving discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams and third parties, and supporting audit readiness and SOP updates.

Experience with payroll systems and a strong attention to detail is expected. The position emphasizes data integrity, process improvement, and effective communication across global teams to maintain compliant payroll

• Deliver day-to-day payroll services for assigned clients and act as primary payroll contact.
• Review inputs, outputs and interfaces to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers for end-to-end payroll processing.
• Research incidents and defects, identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.
• Support auditing, SOP documentation and training for global payroll delivery.
• Assist in reporting, testing, and process improvements for payroll operations.

The role performs research for complex incidents and system defects, identifies root causes and trends, and develops resolutions using standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Working across client teams, internal domains, and third-party providers, the Analyst supports accurate data processing, compliance with client-specific requirements, and consistent delivery within required deadlines. The position also improves processes and supports reporting, acceptance testing, documentation, and training for ongoing global support.
