PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Workday Integration – Senior Associate to help shape client solutions across HR, finance, payroll and other business functions. You will analyze client needs, implement Workday solutions, and provide training for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience in relevant Workday environment or consulting preferred.

As a Workday Integration – Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in managing Workday’s suite of cloud-based software and solutions within an organization. This includes applications for human resources, finance, payroll, talent management, and other business functions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
