Job summary

Tech-im Pro Services Llp in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Integration Consultant with strong expertise in global and multi-country payroll integrations to develop, maintain, and support integrations between Workday and third-party payroll systems.

You will work with PECI, PICOF, CCW/WECI, Workday Studio and EIB to build integrations, perform data transformations, and ensure data validation and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of relevant Workday Integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Payroll Integrations.
• Proven experience with OUS / multi-country payroll.
• Expertise in PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, EIB, CCW/WECI.
• Good knowledge of XSLT, REST/SOAP, XML, and integration concepts.
• Experience with third-party/global payroll systems and middleware.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support integrations using Workday Integration Cloud and Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll.
• Work extensively with PECI, PICOF, CCW: Worker (CCW), and WECI.
• Build integrations using Workday Studio and EIB.
• Perform data transformation using XSLT / Document Transformation.
• Work with Workday REST and SOAP web services.
• Integrate Workday with global payroll providers and middleware platforms.
• Manage outbound HR/payroll data and inbound payroll results.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, error handling, and troubleshooting.
• Support integration testing, deployment, and production issues.
• Collaborate with Workday, HR, Payroll, and external vendor teams to resolve integration-related issues.
