Job summary

ERM is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant in Delhi to design, build, and support integrations across Workday modules. You will collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure secure data flows.

You will lead end-to-end integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, CCW) while aligning with HR processes, data security, and ERM governance. Hybrid work with global time-zone coordination is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Workday integration experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, CCW, PICOF/PECI, BIRT).
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data security.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST and related web services.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across global time zones.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering our Workday roadmap by designing, building, and supporting integrations across various HCM modules. You’ll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient data flows.

Working Model

• The role follows a hybrid working arrangement, designed to facilitate effective global collaboration. Team members are expected to work between 11:30 and 20:30 IST. There may also be occasions when extended working hours are necessary to accommodate cross‑time‑zone activities.
• Additionally, there is an expectation to provide support during the 17:30 to 2:30 IST shift if all regular team members assigned to that shift are on leave.
