As a Workday Functional Payroll - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency for clients by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on Workday Human Capital Management applications, enabling clients to enhance their human resources processes and achieve strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections and navigate complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Talent Management
