Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Mumbai is looking for Workday-certified Functional Consultants with strong experience in Workday HCM. Responsibilities include configuring Workday modules, supporting BPF, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM and knowledge of security architecture and HR processes. Qualifications

• Active or prior Workday certification in one or more HCM modules.
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM.
• Deep knowledge of Business Process Framework (BPF), Workday Security architecture, HCM data model, and HR business processes.
• Experience with end-to-end implementations and/or AMS support in a global Workday environment.
• Excellent functional documentation and communication skills.

We are looking for one or more of the following modules: Core HCM, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Benefits.

• Gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Support EIBs, reporting, testing, UAT, and deployments.
