Workday Functional and Integrations Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing and delivering end-to-end Workday solutions for our enterprise clients, supporting and advising business development as a Workday Lead, and leading a Workday DevOps team of high-performing individuals.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Functional and Integrations Lead to oversee and manage both the functional configuration and technical integrations of our Workday platform. This role serves as a key liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring Workday supports organizational goals and processes effectively and efficiently.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and optimization of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, etc.).
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday functionality and business processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and Workday configurations.
• Oversee and coordinate testing efforts, including unit testing, regression testing, and UAT.
• Monitor Workday updates/releases and assess impacts on current setup.

Integrations Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and support of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (WWS).
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance in all Workday integrations.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams for integration support and enhancements.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Manage a team of analysts and/or developers, if applicable.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Workday team members.
