As a Workday Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for Workday finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimise financial processes and improve financial reporting to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 8‑12 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
