Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Workday Finance Functional Consultant in Bengaluru. The role involves guiding clients, configuring Workday solutions, and supporting end-to-end implementation of finance modules.

You will work with clients to understand processes, perform data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support, ensuring best practices and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant with a proven record of successful implementations.
• Workday Finance certification (P2P) and strong expertise in modules like Procurement, Supplier accounts, and Financial Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with full implementation lifecycle including data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Strong understanding of Workday Finance best practices, business processes, and reporting (calculated fields are a plus).
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Assign and manage project tasks based on skills, experience, and growth areas.
• Develop packaged solutions for efficient configuration.
• Ensure accurate deliverables and timely task completion
