Role Summary

As a Workday Director – HCM, you will lead the charge in optimizing human capital management processes for our clients, enabling them to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will analyse client requirements, implement Workday HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation.

In this role you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects. You will shape client engagements, mentor future leaders, create a healthy working environment, and maximise client satisfaction while upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.

What You Must Have

• At least a bachelor’s degree
• At least 16‑18 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English
