Ciel HR is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to design, build, test, and deploy complex integrations for HR processes in India. The role requires hands-on Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Packaged Connectors, with strong analytical and communication skills to support ongoing HR operations.

Candidate will handle PECI, PICOF, WECI, and payroll integrations, and work with SOAP API, REST API, and Import API patterns for reliable data exchange and production support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR technology and systems integration.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Integration development and support.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration and security.
• Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards and alerts.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• 5+ years of overall experience in HR Technology.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Workday Integration development and support.
• Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Packaged Connectors.
• Hands‑on experience with PECI, PICOF, WECI, and payroll integrations.
• Strong experience in Workday SOAP API, REST API, and Import API patterns.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM functional configuration.
• Experience with Workday Business Processes, Security Configuration, Alerts, and Notifications.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Custom Reports, BIRT, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
• Experience in document transformation and integration troubleshooting.
• Ability to independently design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and Workday integration architecture.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Good to Have Skills

• 1+ years of hands‑on experience in Workday Extend application development.
• Experience with Workday Orchestration.
• Experience in Payroll Integrations and DCOD.
• Experience integrating Workday with Ceridian or other third‑party payroll systems.
• Knowledge of Jira-based development and production support processes.
• Business Analyst experience in Workday implementation or enhancement projects.
