Cerebra is seeking a Workday Data Consultant or Migration expert to lead end-to-end data migration and data delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of experience, with strong expertise in Workday and payroll data analytics, and can operate across Pan India.

Senior-level candidates who can independently handle lead responsibilities will also be considered. Immediate joiners up to 30 days are preferred, with the ability to manage data strategy, project planning, and risk reporting

Formación

• 5+ years experience managing Workday payroll data
• 3+ years as Payroll Data Analyst
• 3+ years creating data strategy
• 3+ years creating data delivery plans
• 3+ years updating status reports including risks & issues

Responsabilidades

• Lead Workday data migration and data delivery projects.
• Coordinate with clients for data requirements and risk reporting.

Must have experience: Managing Workday-5 + Years Payroll Data Analyst- 3+ Years, creating data strategy data- 3+ Years, Create project plan for data delivery- 3 + Years, Update status reports (inc. risk & issues)-3+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate joiners upto 30 days
