Job summary

Weekday AI (YC W21) is seeking a results-driven consultant for a multi-location India role combining consulting, sales support and project delivery. You will work on Workday Adaptive and Workday Adaptive Planning, defining scope, delivering dashboards and budgeting analyses.

Responsibilities include client communications, milestone tracking, and building proposals while collaborating with Sales, Presales and Consulting teams to keep opportunities active.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Workday Adaptive and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong consulting skills with client-facing delivery.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scope, milestones, and client communications.
• Design dashboards and perform value driver analysis.
• Prepare proposals and manage sales, presales, and consulting tasks.
• Report on implementation issues and provide timelines.

1. Results and Growth

• Service delivery and customer satisfaction goals attainment

2. Consulting

• Key team member responsible for all aspects of the project including scope definition, deliverables, milestone achievements and client communications.
• Articulate solutions to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery of projects
• Analyse spreadsheets based financial plans and recommend best practices Implementing budgeting, forecasts and reports within Planning solution
• Design KPIs and metrics aligned to strategic objectives and design dashboards for different levels of the organization Perform value driver analysis, scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis
• Demonstrate strong functional and consulting knowledge to customers
• Responding to customer support calls on phone and email
• Liaise, whenever required, with Product Principal on all implementation and support issues

3. Sales

• Presenting high quality, professional presentations and proposal materials
• Build and use partner relationships and tools like Webinar, White papers, Articles etc to keep opportunity live and interested
• Ready to wear multiple hats of Sales, Presales and Consulting to constantly keep the opportunity engaged

4. Reporting & Administration

• Report on Implementation and consulting issues for on-going projects and suggested resolution choices and timelines
