Job summary

PwC in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Workday Adaptive Senior Associate to join our Acceleration Center India. You will support Workday data and analytics workstreams within the Digital Core Modernisation practice, helping shape client solutions and delivering measurable results.

You will analyze complex data, guide junior team members, and collaborate with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in Workday data and analytics.

• Deliver Workday Adaptive reporting and analytics workstreams for client engagements.
• Analyze workforce data and translate requirements into reporting, dashboards, and planning solutions.
• Build and refine data models, calculations, and integrations for planning processes.
• Use Workday Advanced Reporting and Workday Reporting & Analytics to produce clear outputs.
• Review data quality, mapping and transformation steps for reliable reporting.
• Interpret complex data to identify patterns, gaps and actions for client teams.
• Support configuration and testing across Workday HCM and Adaptive planning.
• Mentor junior team members on delivery and quality.
• Apply analytical thinking and data visualization to present findings.
• Develop client relationships through responsive delivery and issue management.

As a Workday Adaptive Senior Associate you will support client service workstreams focused on Workday data and analytics within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, bringing structure to complex problems and helping deliver solutions that align with workforce technology needs. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members, and apply professional judgement while developing your technical skills and understanding of the broader business context. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to Workday HCM-focused delivery, interpret data to inform recommendations, and support engagements that require coordination, clear communication, and steady progress across multiple priorities.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of experience
