PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a skilled Workday specialist to join our Delivery team. You will translate client requirements into configurations for Workday Adaptive Prism, support planning models, and help unfold workforce planning and talent management initiatives across client projects.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of Workday experience with English proficiency. Certifications in Workday HCM modules are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing Workday Adaptive Planning requirements and translating client needs into configuration and support activities
• Supporting implementation workstreams for human capital applications, including data validation, testing, and issue tracking
• Configuring planning models, assumptions, and reports to align with workforce planning and talent management objectives
• Interpreting client feedback and project inputs to refine deliverables and address gaps in system setup
• Preparing training materials and guiding end users through Workday Adaptive Prism processes and workflows
• Reviewing work products for accuracy and consistency before handoff to client teams or internal reviewers
• Collaborating across project teams to manage tasks, identify risks, and keep deliverables moving on schedule
• Applying analytical thinking to support process improvement, reporting, and client problem resolution

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
• Demonstrating Workday Human Capital Management implementation or support experience
• Applying Workday Adaptive Planning knowledge to client delivery work
• Interpreting workforce data to inform recommendations and actions
• Navigating client conversations across varied priorities and perspectives
• Mentoring junior team members through task review and feedback
