Job summary

Apex Group in Pune seeks a Workday Adaptive Planning Specialist to design, implement, and optimize planning models across FP&A domains. You will work with finance and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive Planning solutions, ensuring accurate data acrossWorkday integrations and external systems.

The role involves building dashboards, conducting user training, and supporting change management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis).
• Ability to design and optimize planning models, cubes, sheets, and dimensions.
• Experience with workforce, expense, revenue, and CapEx planning models.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive Planning solutions.
• Knowledge of planning cycles, driver-based planning, and scenario modeling.
• Experience with data integration and dashboard/reporting in Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models in Adaptive Planning.
• Create board-ready dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with Workday functional leads to ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Lead or contribute to Adaptive Planning implementations and enhancements.
• Provide user training and documentation for end users.
