• Act as an SME for Workday solutions and integrations.
• Gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Design and enhance applications based on business requirements.
• Analyze complex data and support reporting requirements.
• Review existing solutions and identify improvements.
• Create and maintain application documentation.
