Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for Workato integration workflows.
• Work with business teams to identify and implement integration enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using Workato.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Workato, including creating recipes, managing triggers, actions, and jobs.
• Expertise in API integrations and working with cloud applications such as Salesforce, Oracle, and Concur.
• Proficiency in integrating SaaS and on‑premise applications; hands‑on experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and other integration protocols.
• Experience with Snowflake and MuleSoft.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Workato Certification or other relevant integration certifications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.
• Experience with advanced features in Workato, such as advanced mappings, custom connectors, and error handling.
