Job summary

Alignity Solutions is seeking a Workato Developer to design, develop, and maintain integration recipes, workflows, and connectors across SAP IDOC, ERP, CRM, and retail platforms. You will implement end-to-end workflows, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for enterprise integrations.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years of experience, strong API and data transformation skills, and a track record of delivering reliable automation in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining Workato recipes, workflows, and integrations for inbound and outbound business transactions.
• Strong knowledge of API-based integrations (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML, CSV, IDOC, and other structured data formats.
• Good understanding of data mapping, transformation, and orchestration using Workato, including integration with SAP IDOCs and retail business transactions.
• Expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end integration workflows between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and B2B partners.
• Experience troubleshooting integration failures, recipe errors, API issues, and data processing exceptions, including root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for enterprise integrations, automation workflows, and B2B transaction processes.
• Strong knowledge of Workato connectors, custom connectors, APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.
• Experience monitoring integration performance, creating operational reports, and ensuring data accuracy and process reliability.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP, CRM, retail, and supply chain systems integration using Workato.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workato recipes, workflows, and integrations for inbound/outbound transactions.
• Integrate using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, and SAP IDOCs across ERP/CRM and retail systems.
• Map and transform data using Workato and ensure reliable data flows with partners.
• Create end-to-end integration workflows between enterprise apps and cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve integration failures.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for enterprise integrations and automation workflows.
• Leverage Workato connectors, custom connectors, APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
• Monitor performance, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with clients on integration requirements across SAP, ERP, CRM, and supply chain domains.
