Job Summary

As a support executive, you will assist the coding team in maintaining accuracy, ensuring compliance, and streamlining the documentation process in line with industry standards. This role is open to freshers and experienced candidates who are detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and organizing medical records and clinical documentation.

• Support certified medical coders by preparing files and identifying missing information.

• Ensure accurate assignment of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes under supervision.

• Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal teams for data clarification.

• Monitor data quality and flag discrepancies or incomplete records for correction.

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and related regulations.

• Handle basic data entry tasks related to claims processing and billing workflows.

• Generate reports and summaries for internal review as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
