Job summary

Skylinkinfosolutions is offering a WordPress development internship with potential for full-time conversion in India. You will gain hands-on experience by building and maintaining WordPress sites, learning themes, plugins, and customizations while receiving mentorship.

You will work on UI/UX implementations, site optimization for mobile devices, and performance/SEO improvements, in a supportive learning environment that values attention to detail and initiative.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
• Basic understanding of WordPress CMS and willingness to learn advanced concepts.
• Experience with WordPress themes/plugins (or strong desire to learn).
• Eagerness to learn, problem-solving attitude, and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Any personal WordPress projects or basic PHP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining WordPress websites using themes, plugins, and customizations.
• Help implement UI/UX designs into functional WordPress sites using page builders (Elementor, Beaver Builder) or custom coding.
• Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for mobile devices.
• Assist in troubleshooting and fixing WordPress issues (plugin conflicts, performance optimization, etc.).
• Help optimize WordPress sites for speed and SEO best practices.
