Million Tech is seeking a motivated candidate to build and customize live client websites using WordPress, Elementor, and custom code. This role emphasizes hands-on onboarding, with a clear path from training to a potential full-time position.

During Months 1–3, you will undergo intensive onboarding with unpaid training on live projects. Months 4–6 offer a paid stipend based on performance as you deliver real client work, leading to a full-time interview if a slot opens.

Job description

What you’ll do: Build, customize, and optimize live client websites using WordPress, Elementor, and custom code.

Must-have baseline: Basic HTML/CSS understanding, familiarity with WordPress dashboards, and troubleshooting mindset.
1: Your Own Laptop: Fully functional and ready for
daily production work.

2: Basic Computer Literacy: Comfort with digital
software, web tools, and daily online workflows.

3: Clear English Communication: Ability to collaborate
clearly with team members and speak up.
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Working
live alongside our core team)

Months 1 – 3: Intensive Onboarding

Unpaid training on live projects.

Months 4 – 6: Active Execution

Stipend paid (as per performance) directly to you as
you deliver real client work.

Month 6: The Full-Time Interview

We conduct a final review. If you prove your capability
and there’s an open slot, you get the full-time job offer.
