Job summary

ThoughtWin, Jaipur-based and a CMMI Level 3 company, is seeking a proactive Mid-Level WordPress Developer to build, customize, and maintain high-performing websites.

You will work with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, and other builders, implement ACF Pro, and manage WooCommerce solutions. This full-time role offers opportunities to collaborate with designers, own features from concept to deployment, and grow within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using themes, builders, and custom templates.
• Work with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF Pro) to build flexible content.
• Extend functionality with PHP, hooks, filters, and custom functions.
• Implement and manage WooCommerce stores, including layouts and checkout flows.
• Integrate third-party tools via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to translate requirements into live sites.
• Ensure responsive design, performance optimization, and basic SEO.
• Debug issues, perform updates, and maintain site security.
• Document custom features and developer workflows.

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Mid-Level WordPress Developer to join our development team and contribute to building, customizing, and maintaining high-performing websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using custom themes, page builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Bricks, Oxygen, etc.), and custom templates.
• Work extensively with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF Pro), including Repeater Fields, Flexible Content, and custom field groups.
• Customize and extend WordPress functionality using PHP, hooks, filters, and custom functions.
• Implement and manage WooCommerce solutions, including custom product layouts, checkout flows, and basic integrations.
• Handle API integrations and connect third‑party tools and services with WordPress (REST APIs, webhooks, CRMs, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to translate business requirements into functional websites.
• Ensure websites are responsive, performance‑optimized, and follow basic SEO best practices.
• Debug issues, perform updates, and ensure website security and stability.
• Maintain clear documentation for custom features, integrations, and development processes.
