About the Role
BWJ Tech Solutions is looking for a skilled WordPress Developer with a passion for building high-performance, visually stunning, and SEO-friendly websites. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including the implementation of themes and plugins.

At BWJ Tech Solutions, we manage a variety of web properties, including product sites like Vahan Whiteway and internal corporate platforms. You will work alongside our design and marketing teams to ensure our web presence is seamless, responsive, and aligns with our broader technology initiatives in AI and FinTech.

Role Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Development & Customization: Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance and availability.

Front-End Implementation: Translate design wireframes (from tools like Figma or Canva) into high-quality code using HTML5 and CSS3.

Optimization: Ensure all websites are fully responsive, fast-loading, and optimized for SEO best practices.

Collaborative Design: Work closely with our Graphic Designers and Marketing team to implement new features and landing pages that drive user engagement.

Required Skills

Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional hands-on experience in WordPress development.

Core Languages: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and PHP.

Page Builders: Expert knowledge of Elementor, WPBakery, or similar builders.

Themes/Plugins: Experience working with custom themes and managing complex plugin integrations.

Bonus Points

Experience with WooCommerce for e-commerce functionality.

Familiarity with Git for version control.

Familiarity with hosting environments like aaPanel or AWS.

Understanding of technical SEO (Schema markup, speed optimization).
