Navtech in Hyderabad is seeking a WordPress/CRM Developer to design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes and plugins, while ensuring performance and security across devices.

You will build lead capture forms, manage the Navtech CRM with workflows, dashboards, and API integrations, and onboard teammates with SOPs and training. Collaboration with sales and leadership is essential.

Formación

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with HTML/CSS/JS/PHP.
• Experience building WordPress themes and plugins.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
• Good understanding of CRM data structures and workflow automation.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across website and CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage website updates, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance.
• Build and maintain lead capture forms and landing pages, ensuring smooth data flow into the CRM.
• Own, configure, and maintain Navtech's CRM system — including custom fields, workflows, automations, and API level integrations.
• Configure custom CRM dashboards, views, and automated workflows and alerts for leadership visibility.
• Support sales/BD teams with deal stages, activity logs, pipeline records.
• Ensure CRM data quality and hygiene through structured validation and clean-up processes.
• Take up CRM development and automation-related tasks beyond standard configuration.
• Onboard team members, create SOPs, provide training.
