WordPress & Operations Specialist (LMS & CRM focus)
We are looking for a versatile WordPress & Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS), handle day-to-day CRM operations, and assist our marketing team with basic performance marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- WordPress & LMS Management: Maintain, update, and troubleshoot our WordPress website and integrated Learning Management System (LearnDash, LifterLMS, or similar).
- Upload, format, and structure new course content, video modules, and quizzes.
- Ensure optimal site speed, mobile responsiveness, plugin compatibility, and user experience for students.
- CRM & Daily Operations: Manage lead capture, contact segmentation, and workflow automation in our CRM (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, WP Fusion, etc.).
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks like user access issues, lead list updates, and email trigger sequences.
- Integrate web forms, payment gateways, and checkout flows with our CRM.
- Performance Marketing Support: Assist in setting up and testing tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4).
- Create and update landing pages optimized for lead generation and course sales.
- Monitor basic campaign metrics (CTR, CPL, Conversion Rates) and support the performance marketing team with tech-related updates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing WordPress websites and LMS plugins.
- Proven experience handling CRM administration, funnel automation, and user workflows.
- Familiarity with performance marketing tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, landing page builders).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web performance optimization best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail for operational workflows.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with webhooks and integration tools like Zapier or Make.com.
- Basic understanding of copywriting or conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
Salary - 25,000 to 30,000 per month
