The RFP Management Candidate will be required to work on procurement processes, including:
The candidate should be able to work on the end-to-end process with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include MIS information gathering and general sourcing of vendors and items.
Graduate/Post Graduate degree with a minimum of 3-4 years of procurement experience in the IT/ITES/BPO/BPM industry and overall 6-7 years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and indirect procurement.
Clear understanding of procurement aspects and strategies, hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, speed in vendor identification, and concluding transactions. Must be process-oriented and able to guide internal stakeholders on process adherence while understanding client needs and adhering to TAT.
