(P3) Analyst - WMS Support

The 3PL WMS Analyst’s responsibilities include supporting and solving day to day issues for our warehousing teams as well as help identify improvement areas and develop solution.

  • JDA/BY WMS Functional knowledge (configurations/screens/RF functions)
  • Good knowledge on warehouse operations and aware of integrations to WMS system
  • Good knowledge on WMS Issues Trace profiling/troubleshooting skills
  • Flexible to work in shifts and provide on-call support.
  • Ability to handle business critical priority issues independently, able to work and communicate with cross functional teams effectively.
  • Ability to perform RCA and suggest long term solutions on issues observed.
  • Good knowledge on parcel handler system
  • Minor developments - Aware of DevOps functions
