Answering questions from customers about the features and capabilities of our Products.

Handle complaints and objections effectively; should try to resolve the same without escalation.

Quickly and accurately performing multi-tasks like:

  1. Talking
  2. Listening
  3. Documenting information
  4. Seeking information
  5. Problem solving

Excellent spoken and good written communication skills.

Typing Skills: 30 WPM, 90% accuracy.

Advanced understanding of the components of a computer and peripherals.

Experience repairing operating systems, software, and networking with Microsoft, Apple OS X, iOS, and Android, etc. (including virus and malware removal).
