Overview

This role is for a Senior Windows Developer to join the Endpoint Sustaining team. In this role, you will contribute to building and maintaining Windows-based endpoint software designed to address real-world security challenges faced by IT professionals. You will work on agent-level client applications and internal tools that support security operations, ensuring customers remain protected and informed. This is a journey-level role suited for a fully qualified professional who can independently drive development while mentoring others.

Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 4200000 (INR 20-42 LPA). Min Experience: 5 years. Location: Bengaluru. JobType: full-time.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Windows endpoint software and supporting tools
• Integrate software components into fully functional systems
• Document, enhance, and maintain software functionality
• Execute assigned and self-initiated development tasks with minimal supervision
• Understand product architecture and how security services deliver value to customers
• Analyze complex or unusual technical issues using advanced problem-solving techniques
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve a wide range of system-level challenges
• Work on diverse problems requiring evaluation of multiple technical factors
• Apply sound judgment to independently select the best course of action
• Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives such as R&D demos and innovation programs
• Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Windows software development
• Strong expertise in system programming for Windows environments
