We are looking for a Credit Operation Executive who is the ambassador of our customers. Increasing access to credit for our customers is an essential part of Jumbotail’s strategy, mission and long term vision. The role involves explaining our credit product to customers and helping them sign up, while ensuring the collection of relevant documents. You will be the point of contact for collections and customer queries, ensuring an excellent overall customer experience. You will also sell products and services to busy kirana shopkeepers, and organize and track important financial documents and money. This role requires being resourceful and able to work within time and resource constraints to meet customers and sign them up. Travel locally to meet customers on your bike; fuel reimbursement will be provided.
